Court Dismisses Fraud Case Against Sylva

 A Federal High Court in Abuja Tuesday dismissed the N19.2billion fraud charges filed against a former governor of Bayelsa State, Timipre Sylva.

Justice Ahmed Mohammed held that the charges amounted to abuse of court process.
